However, if you need some handholding, you might like to consider hiring a House-share Concierge to assist you in the process.
What's included in the house-share agreement service?
- Initial 30-minute call to set things up and answer any questions you might have
- You'll receive a copy of our House-share Agreement template that you'll print off for the video interview
- You and your housemate will jump on a video call with one of our house-share concierge
- They'll ask all the tricky questions and help you along the way
- All parties will fill out the form as we go through it
- At the end of the interview, if you have any further questions you can then add them to the agreement
- Once you all agree, you co-sign the agreement and we'll send you a copy of the video call for future reference
- We'll also give you both a courtesy call after 30 days to check in and see how things are going
