Meet Sev, the Homeowner
Sev, an independent inventor of climate solutions, is the owner of this beautiful Mount Macedon property and is seeking three like-minded women over 50 to create a community-focused co-living household.
Passionate about shared living and meaningful connection, Sev is offering a unique opportunity for women who value both independence and a sense of belonging, all in a peaceful country setting.
While Sev’s wife works in the city and returns for occasional visits, the home is often quiet. Sev is excited to bring warmth and energy back into the space by welcoming others to share it.
Each resident will take responsibility for one area of the household, either home management, gardening, or admin giving everyone ownership and purpose within the shared living experience.
Live completely rent-free in this beautiful mansion, allowing you to save money or allocate your resources elsewhere.
To offset your rental costs, you'll contribute 10 hours per week in your designated area of responsibility.
Each resident has autonomy over her designated area of responsibility, allowing for personal expression and independent decision-making.
Unique Long-term Co-Living Opportunity
Join a supportive, rent-free co-living household in exchange for just 10 hours of household help per week, saving you $350 in rent. Your only living costs will be a contribution of $250 per quarter towards running costs, plus your own food.
To keep things running smoothly, each person will take on a role: Household Coordinator, Gardener, or Admin Support. Sev will continue to manage larger tasks like mowing, rubbish removal and property upkeep, creating a calm and cooperative living space.
This is a long-term arrangement so you’re welcome to stay as long as you like.
