Rent Offset Offer
This is an incredible opportunity to join a supportive, long-term co-living household with a full rent offset in exchange for 10 hours of household help per week. This means you will not pay rent. You only contribute to the costs of running the household. Sev is seeking three like-minded female housemates (around 45+) who share a passion for community living, mutual support and shared responsibilities. Each housemate will have their own private bedroom and study, while also sharing the home’s extensive facilities and services. To ensure the household runs smoothly, each person will take on a specific role, one as the Household Coordinator, a Gardener and a General Support Person. Sev will manage tasks like mowing, firewood, rubbish removal and ownership responsibilities, so everyone can focus on creating a happy and cooperative living environment.
