Hi, I’m Ludwina, a creative, community-minded woman in my 50s. I’m the Founder of The Room Xchange and passionate about meaningful connection, mutual support and living with intention. I’ve created a welcoming, comfortable home where like-minded women can enjoy both privacy and companionship. If you're in a life transition or simply want a peaceful place to land, I’d love to hear from you.
$300 for each room - short or long-term
As the Founder and CEO of The Room Xchange, house-sharing is second nature to me. I enjoy living with people who value a balance between companionship and personal space. Sharing the occasional meal is lovely, but I also appreciate the independence of preparing and enjoying my own food.
A clean, organised, and tidy home is incredibly important to me, and I expect this standard to be maintained daily. My home is pet-free, as I’m not in a position to take on the responsibility of pets.
I’m open to flexible arrangements, whether you’re in between places, need a temporary stay, or work in the area during the week and head home to the country on weekends. If you'd like, I’m happy to provide meals for an additional fee.
